Every dessert is handcrafted in a certified commercial kitchen in Schiller Park, IL, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.

All our products are prepared in a certified commercial kitchen under controlled conditions.
We strictly follow hygiene, sanitation, and temperature control standards during production, storage, and delivery.
We also regularly test our products for pH and water activity to ensure freshness and stability.

Vellisse Bakery operates with all required food safety documentation and certifications.
Cancellations & Refunds
Since all our cakes and desserts are made to order, we cannot accept returns after pickup or delivery.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to reschedule or assist.
Order & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order is confirmed and a delivery or pickup time is scheduled, please ensure that someone is available to receive it.
If the recipient is not available or does not respond upon delivery, our courier will wait up to 10 minutes and attempt to reach you by phone.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence, the order will be considered fulfilled and may later be picked up from our commercial kitchen by appointment.
Please note: delivery fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Changes & Rescheduling
Any changes to your order (such as date, time, address, or design) can be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
After this time, production may already be in progress, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Product Care After Pickup or Delivery
After receiving your order, please keep the dessert refrigerated at 2–5°C (36–41°F) and consume it within 72 hours.
Once the order has been successfully delivered or picked up, Vellisse Bakery is not responsible for any damage caused by improper storage or transportation.
Quality Concerns
Because each dessert is custom made, we do not accept returns.
However, if you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours after pickup or delivery.
We’ll review your concern and do our best to find a fair solution.

All personal information (such as your name, phone number, and address) is used only to complete your order and is never shared with third parties.
